PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Forever taking a keen interest in media and television, Charlie recently completed a combined degree in Journalism and Performing Arts at UniSA (with minors in Creative Writing and Psychology).

After graduating, she branched out into the film and performance space as an emerging actor and theatre-maker, and while doing so, found a love for the work that goes on behind the scenes. Charlie studied night courses at Link Film Academy and took every opportunity to gain more experience working in production/creative teams. Since then, Charlie has worked across a range of commercial shoots, short films, feature films, and VR - both in front and behind the lens.

Beyond working at Merlin as a production assistant, Charlie has dabbled in directing, writing, and co-producing. She is eager to continuously learn and grow alongside the wonderful team here at Merlin. When Charlie isn’t in the office or out on set, you can expect to see in a rehearsal, at a music festival, or online shopping.
